At this time, we do not ship to Mexico.

This means:

All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated, displayed, and collected at checkout

You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery

Your order is delivered with no unexpected customs charges

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.


Delivery Issues

1.Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

2.Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please follow the carrier’s instructions to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from missed delivery attempts.

3.Lost Or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, HourAroma is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If needed, we may assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier; however, resolution is subject to the carrier’s confirmation.

4.Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused for reasons not caused by carrier error:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable

Return shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from any refund
